How to bulk add tags to stock

In order to start we must be on the stock page at the dealership level not the website, the url ends in /cars

1. In the list of cars, in the top left there is a small checkbox 'select'

2. After selecting a car, in the top right a button will appear to the left of the '+ Car' button, this button will tell you how many cars are currently selected

   If we selected 5 cars the button should say: '5 Cars'

3. Now we can click the button '5 cars' and a dropdown menu will appear with these options:

   a - Print Selected Hits

   b - Download CSV

   c - Tag multiple

   d - Ignore 3rd party restrictions

   So we can now select option c - tag multiple

4. A modal will appear (a modal is a pop up) which lets you know how many cars you've selected.

   Click the input that says: 'select a tag...' and the current tags you have in your system will appear as options to select.

5. Now you can click 'tag cars' and the tag will now be applied to multiple cars

Note:

• You can only apply one tag at a time, so if you want to bulk add 2 tags to cars you will have to repeat this twice
